Conditional filters can be added to fields or static elements in a Journey. This allows for specific questions to be shown based on the answers to previous questions.
The following example is a Journey that captures the name and email address for one or two applicants.
Note the Number of applicants field - this is what the conditional filter will be based off.
Start by clicking on the field and then select the conditional filter icon.
Existing conditions will be shown on this screen if any are present. Click on Add condition.
Select the field to base the condition off and then specify the comparison and value.
Below, we are checking that the number of applicants is greater than or equal to two.
Once the condition is added you then have the option to expand the checks by using AND/OR.
AND requires that all conditions be met.
OR requires that either of the conditions are met.
Click on Save once you're done.
You can spot that a field has a conditional filter by looking for the symbol next to the label.
