Sort column results in a report in FLG Insights so you see the most important results at the top.
Once you have run your report in the report designer, hover over the header of the column you want to sort to reveal a sort icon (arrow).
- Click the sort icon (arrow) to sort the report either ascending or descending. This sort will depend on the data type.
The column sort will be applied to your report, shown by a purple underline in the column header.
- The sort direction can be changed by clicking the sort icon (arrow) again or removed by clicking a third time.
Tip: The sort icon will only appear on columns which you can sort. Where more than one column field has been added, this will be the most nested field. It is only possible to sort on one column at a time.
