If you would like to use the search again, you can choose to save it and pin it to the menu at the side. To save a search click 'Saved Searches' in the top right corner. You need to give the search a name and have the options to share it will all users and pin it to the menu. Pinned searches show under search leads.
You can also delete your saved searches from this window or run the search from here if it's not pinned to the menu
