Permission to Email

When carrying out bulk emails, any leads which have the permission to email set to No will not be sent an email. However, if you were to manually send an email from the lead this would be allowed.

If you have a correct or different email address and have gained consent from the customer to email them, you can change the permission to email to Yes. To do this, click Edit on the lead, navigate to the Contact Preferences section and select Yes next to Permission to Email. You will then be able to contact this customer with bulk emails.

It is possible to Search for leads that have the permission set to No. Navigate to Search Leads and click on + Add Filter at the bottom of the filter panel. Select Permission to Email is the value No.
