Mark an appointment as complete

Appointments can be marked as complete from the lead in FLG or from the user's dashboard. 

Completing an appointment from the dashboard

You'll see the appointment as part of the task list. To mark the appointment as complete click on the button with the tick mark.

Once that's done the appointment will no longer show on the dashboard and will be marked as complete on the lead (see below for an example of this).

Completing an appointment on the lead record

Navigate to the lead summary page that has the appointment and then click on the button with the tick mark.

The appointment will then show as completed in the activity history.
