Notifications
Notifications can be enabled by a user or administrator for appointments, tasks, and events. There are two options to choose from:
- When assigned a task/event/appointment by another user — receive an email when another user books a new appointment, task, or event.
- When a task/event is due soon — receive an email one hour before the appointment, task, or event start time.
Enabling notifications as a user
- Click your name or company logo in the bottom-left corner.
- Select Update Profile.




On that page you can then select the option(s) that you'd like to enable.
