What are Bulk Actions?

Bulk Actions let you perform an action on every lead in your Search Leads results at once.

• Go to Search Leads.
• Apply filters to return the leads you want to act on.
• Press Bulk Actions and choose an action from the list below.

De-Duplication

De-duplication runs automatically when you use Bulk Actions to send emails, text messages or letters, so each recipient only receives the communication once.

Note: Some actions may be unavailable depending on your user permissions.

Note: There is a limit of 20,000 records.

Actions you can perform

• Self Assign - Assign yourself to all leads in the results.
• Delete - Delete all leads in the results.
• Tasks & Notes
  • Cancel all Tasks - Cancel all tasks in the results.
  • Self Assign all Tasks - Assign yourself to all tasks in the results.
  • Create Tasks - Create a task for each lead in the results.
  • Create Note - Create a note for each lead in the results.
• Contact - Send a template email, text message or letter to all leads in the results.
• Workflows - Stop all workflows, or start a workflow for each lead in the results.
• Type - Change the lead type for all leads in the results.
• Status - Change the status for all leads in the results.
• User - Change the assigned user for all leads in the results.
• Referral
  • Refer - Refer all leads in the results.
  • Unrefer - Unrefer all leads in the results.
  • Redeliver - Redeliver all leads in the results.
  • Reverse - Reverse all transactions (both introducer and buyer) for all leads in the results.
  • Reverse (Introducer) - Reverse transactions to your introducer for all leads in the results.
  • Reverse (Referral) - Reverse transactions to your referral partner for all leads in the results.
• Introducer - Change the introducer for all leads in the results.
