You can customise the options your users have when they use the 'Insert Text' button when adding a task.
- You can change your call outcomes In 'Settings > Quick Text > Task Details'
- Click 'Add New Task Detail' to add more.
- Use the green arrows to move the task details into your preferred order
- The order shown on screen is the order that will be shown from the 'insert text' drop down option above
