Completed Campaigns

The Completed Campaigns tab shows all campaigns that have finished sending. This is your record of every campaign that has run, including how many messages were sent and when.

Viewing completed Campaigns

To view your completed campaigns:

1. Select Campaigns from the main navigation
2. Select the Completed Campaigns tab

The list shows each completed campaign with the date and time it was sent, the campaign name, type, audience size, and the number of messages successfully sent.

The list is sorted by date and time by default, with the most recent campaign at the top. 

Select any column header to change the sort order.

If the Sent count is lower than the Audience count, some leads were excluded from sending. You can see the exact reason for each lead by opening the campaign.

Searching and filtering

To filter the planned campaigns list, select the filter icon to open the Search Filters panel. You can filter by:

• Keyword: searches campaign names
• Date: shows campaigns scheduled for a specific date

Select Clear All to remove all active filters. Select the X to close the filter panel.

Opening a completed Campaign

Select any campaign from the list to open it and view the outcome for every lead in the audience.
