Opening a completed campaign takes you to its detail view. This is a read-only record of the campaign showing the outcome for every lead that was in the audience.
Campaign Details
The Campaign Details panel on the left shows the campaign configuration. You can edit the following fields before the campaign sends:
- Name: the campaign name
- Date and Time: the scheduled send date
- Type: the campaign type (for example, Email)
- Template: the email template sent to the audience
- Audience Size: the total number of leads included in the campaign
- Total Messages Sent: the number of messages successfully delivered
Delivery Statistics
Below the campaign summary, the Delivery Statistics section shows how the campaign performed after sending. Each metric shows the total amount and the percentage of sent messages it represents:
- Delivered: messages that reached the recipient's inbox
- Opened: messages that were opened by the recipient
- Clicked: messages where the recipient clicked a link
- Replied: messages that received a reply
- Soft Bounce: temporary delivery failures (for example, a full inbox)
- Hard Bounce: permanent delivery failures (for example, an invalid address)
- Total Bounce: the combined soft and hard bounce count
- Unsubscribed: recipients who unsubscribed after receiving the campaign
- Spam: messages reported as spam by the recipient
Campaign Outcome
The main area shows a row for every lead in the audience. For each lead you can see:
- Lead ID: a link to the individual lead record
- First Name and Last Name
- Contact Information: the email address FLG attempted to send to
- Permission to Contact: whether the lead had permission to be contacted at the time of sending
- Valid Email Address: whether the email address was validated at the time of sending
- Outcome: the result for this lead
The possible outcomes are:
- Sent: the message was successfully sent to this lead
- Sending Prohibited: the lead did not have permission to contact, so no message was sent
- Invalid recipient: the email address failed validation
- Missing recipient: no email address was recorded against the lead
- Duplicate recipient: this lead appeared more than once in the audience; only one message was sent
- Lead deleted prior to campaign: the lead was deleted from FLG before the campaign ran
