The campaign comparison view lets you compare the delivery metrics of up to 3 completed campaigns side by side. This is useful for spotting trends across sends to the same audience, testing different subject lines, or reviewing performance over time.
Campaign comparison is available on Growth and Enterprise plans. Customers on legacy plans can access this feature on Professional and Concierge.
How to Compare Campaigns
- Go to Campaigns in the main navigation and select the Completed Campaigns tab
- Select the checkbox next to each campaign you want to compare. You can select up to 3.
- A Compare campaigns button will appear at the bottom of the screen, showing how many campaigns are selected
- Select Compare campaigns to open the comparison view
Reading the Comparison View
Each selected campaign is shown as a separate column. The campaign details at the top of each column show:
- Date and Time: when the campaign was sent
- Subject Line: the subject line used for the email
- Template:: the template the campaign was built from
- Type:: the campaign type (for example, Email)
- From Name: the name the email was sent from
- Audience Size: the total number of leads in the campaign
Below the details, each campaign shows the same set of delivery metrics:
- Sent: messages successfully sent
- Delivered: messages that reached the recipient's inbox
- Opened: messages that were opened
- Clicked: messages where a link was clicked
- Replied: messages that received a reply
- Soft Bounce: temporary delivery failures
- Hard Bounce: permanent delivery failures
- Total Bounce: the combined soft and hard bounce count
- Unsubscribed: recipients who unsubscribed after receiving the campaign
- Spam: messages reported as spam
Each metric shows the total Amount and the % of Sent.
VS First Column
The first campaign you selected acts as the baseline. All other campaigns in the comparison show an additional VS First column, which shows how each metric differs from the baseline campaign. A green value means performance was higher; a red value means it was lower.
The baseline campaign does not show a VS First column, as it is the reference point for the others.
